How would you answer this question… What was the worst trait or quality of your former boss?

“I don’t think it’d professional of me to discuss a person’s worst trait unless I am discussing with them. Even then I would not express my frustrations with their behaviour in that way.” ?

But seriously, probably better that you said nothing. It sounds like a loaded and baited question to see how much shit you’re willing to talk about a former employer, which would reflect much worst on you then it would for the employer.
