How do you guys go on about understanding a company’s values when job hunting or with a target in mind without expending to much time? I know that knowing and demonstrating what certain values companies look for in candidates during interviews and in resumes helps them to set them apart from the rest and can land them the job. There’s quite the number of sources out there, but many are outdated. I wonder what do you guys use.
