Evaluation of production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders.
Determining the quality and quantity of materials available and the amount required, as well as ordering new materials when necessary.
Communicating with various department leaders to determine overdue parts and materials status.
Purchasing, controlling inventory, and auditing materials and staff to meet production demands.
Evaluating materials inventory and purchases and suggesting means of improvement.
Reviewing inventory, sales requirements, and production schedules to predict and prevent delays.
Managing timely obtaining of materials to meet needs through MRP and ERP system improvement.
Ensuring and maintaining the accuracy of system inputs and logic.
Implementation of inventory strategies.
Leading team projects from start to finish.
Managing numerous projects at any given time.
Assisting sales department by developing scope of work, work orders, and invoices.
Reporting materials status at meetings to address problems and drive progress.
Communicating with customers, internal staff, and inspectors to resolve any problems.
Various duties relating to materials management as necessary.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or Manufacturing is preferred.
At least three years of related experience is necessary.
Understanding of strategies related to project and performance management.
Ability to think strategically.
Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent decision making skills and technical thinking skills.
